First tried Chugwater Chili almost 35 years ago when I lived in Wyoming.
I’m happy to say it’s still the great product I loved back then, perfect for anyone as you can add your own ingredients to this wonderful blend to kick up the heat. It’s great as-is for us, flavorful but doesn’t make you want to drink a gallon of water or milk afterwards to take it down a notch!
We’ve made it with ground beef or a blend of ground beef and pork most of the times - however just as great with ground turkey.
Will be ordering again!
This Baer's Blueberry jam is heavenly, as are the same brand's Traffic Jam and their Jalapeno. This brand is the best anywhere, surely not to be missed!

On a trip to Casper, Wyoming over 20 years ago my husband and I kept seeing signs about this great chili for hours. Well, I was starting to get hungrier every sign I saw. so we stopped at the station (I am from the South and I was happy to see the Sinclair dinosaur) and filled up the car and decided to try the chili. IT was fabulous. We had to get a second serving and then we took more to keep in the hotel room fridge. On the trip back home in a couple weeks, we stopped again and this time I took the seasoning home with me. I have been using these products for 20 years. I make chili for all my friends and I have a Texas friend who has informed me that it is the best chili he ever had. I will not tell anyone my secret. Thank you for years of flavor!
Chugwater Chili is absolutely fantastic. Just the right amount of spices to make many of your dishes extremely flavorful. Use many of their products. I have been a customer for a long time and will remain a customer as long as they are in business!
It's just right. Love it with soft cheese and crackers. It's great as a glaze on shrimp and chicken wings.
Love, love, love the chili powder. This last order was given to our great friends in South Carolina. My sons love the beef sticks and the jam is great with cream cheese and crackers!

I've been eating Chugwater Chili Powder ever since I can remember. It has been the best always. Spicy goodness that packs a punch without overpowering the flavor of the food.

All I bought was more of your chili spice,so nothing new. I have discovered I prefer your chili spice over all others but I do use less than the recommended amount. I only make 1 lb. of meat at a time so I reduce the Chugwater spice to 1 tablespoon full and add 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon of New Mexico Light Chili powder. This combination makes a perfect batch of chili.
Every year, we get local turkeys who love to wander around Chugwater, WY!!! They come out and play, get fed by locals, and love to stop by the office for a visit. They either stop by our Chugwater Chili sign in front of the office or by the chili van. If you ever come for a visit to our office and retail store you might get a chance to see these local town turkeys.
