Suggested Directions: 

1. Brown 1 lb. pork diced into bite-sized pieces. 
2. Add in 4 oz. can of green chilies, 14 oz. canned diced tomatillos, and 15 oz. can chicken broth, stir. 
3. Add in 3 Tbs. of Chugwater Chili Green Chili Seasoning and simmer for 45 minutes. 
4. Serve hot over burritos, enchiladas, or with tortillas. Makes about 5 cups.
