Ingredients One 8 to 9 pound spiral sliced and bone-in ham 1 jar Chugwater Chili Red Pepper Jelly 1 1/4 cups brown sugar 1. A fully cooked ham can be served hot or cold. To reheat it, heat the oven to 325 degrees.  Place the ham in a roasting pan filled with at least an inch of water or white wine like Riesling. Fish Tacos with Chugwater Chili Steak Rub Ingredients corn tortillas 1 tablespoon lime juice 6 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon honey 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 pounds white fish cut into 1-inch pieces 3 cups Romaine lettuce, shredded  Directions Whisk together lime juice, 3 tablespoons olive oil, honey, and salt. Add Romaine lettuce.  Season fish with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil (remaining 3 tablespoons) in a non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Add the fish and saute about 3 minutes. Chugwater Chili Salmon Patties

If you have a food processor, all of the ingredients can be chopped and mixed in the food processor bowl. If not, chop the parsley fine and salmon into 1/4 inch pieces with a chef's knife and gently stir in the remaining ingredients. Cooking the salmon patties in oil over medium-high heat gives them a crispy coating and a creamy interior.
