Pitchfork, Deep Fried Prime Rib
Prepared a pitchfork, deep fried prime rib this Christmas Eve. Key this year was a heavy rub of Chugwater Chili Steak Rub. Phenomenal sear and flavor. Excellent result.

Have not tried the steak rub yet but have used the chili recipe for years and love it. So I expect to be just as satisfied with the steak rub.
