How to Season Roasted Cauliflower

Take a large head of cauliflower that has been rinsed and cut into bite-sized florets.

In a medium bowl add in the cauliflower, ¼ cup olive oil, and 2 tablespoons of Chugwater Chili Seasoning. Stir until the cauliflower florets are covered in the chili seasoning. Now you are ready to roast the cauliflower.

How to Roast Cauliflower in the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

Place the chili seasoned cauliflower on a baking sheet or baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. You can also line the sheet with foil to help with clean up. This helps prevent the cauliflower from sticking to the pan and makes serving it easier.

Roast in the oven for 30 minutes. Or until the tops of the cauliflower start to turn golden.

Sprinkle 2-3 cups of cheddar cheese on top of the cauliflower and bake until cheese has melted about 5-10 minutes. If you like cheese you can always add more to this recipe.
