Grilling Pork Chops

Heat your grill to 300 degrees. Place the pork chops on the grill and grill each side for roughly 10 minutes.  Or until the pork chops are starting to look like there are getting cooked through. You can test this by slicing into a pork chop to see if it is still pink or not. If they are still a little pink cook them a little longer.

Glazing the Pork Chops with the Red Pepper Jelly

A few minutes before the pork chops are done glaze each side with Chugwater Chili Red Pepper Jelly. And let finish cooking for about 2-3 minutes. Usually, for 4 pork chops, it takes ½ jar of the red pepper jelly. You can baste it on with a baster if you prefer. You can also heat the jelly up a little to soften it before adding it to the pork chops.
