Red Pepper Jelly Brie Bites

This red pepper jelly brie bite recipe is a simple 3-ingredient appetizer recipe that is packed with flavor. Our sweet and spicy red pepper jelly paired with creamy brie cheese in a flaky phyllo cup creates a fun flavor combination. This will be a new party favorite!!!

Our easy-to-make red pepper jelly brie bites are a fun appetizer to make. They feature our sweet and spicy red pepper jelly over brie in a flaky phyllo cup. These are a sweet, spicy, and creamy treat. Plus, they do not take long to make and only use 3 ingredients. This bite-sized appetizer recipe is perfect for parties, snacking, charcuterie boards, and much more. It will become a new favorite recipe in your kitchen. 

Preparing the Red Pepper Jelly Brie Bites 

Take a package of 12 phyllo cups and lay them on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Leave a little room between each cup. 

Remove the rind from a brick of brie cheese and dice into small pieces to fit the phyllo cups. 

Place a piece of brie in the phyllo cups then spoon a dollop of Chugwater Chili Red Pepper Jelly on top. 

Baking the Red Pepper Jelly Brie Bites 

Bake at 350 degrees until the cheese has melted and the cups are golden. 

How to Serve the Red Pepper Jelly Brie Bites 

This easy appetizer recipe is also easy to serve. Just place them on a platter and serve them to your guests once they have come out of the oven. You can also serve them as a part of your charcuterie boards. You can even create a fun bite-size appetizer/snack food table with all your favorite little treats. Add a sprig of rosemary to add some extra pop to the brie bite. Or add a slice of prosciutto if you want some meat added to this treat.
