Parmesan Crusted Pork Chops

This parmesan-crusted pork chop recipe is a quick and easy pork chop recipe to make. Our dip and dressing mix adds a fun, zesty flavor to this recipe. It will be a new go-to recipe for meal prep, lunch, dinner, and even crispy pork chop sandwiches. 

Pork chops are a fun and easy meal to make. They are easy to cook and can be prepared in a variety of ways, from fried to glazed to stuffed. You can add a variety of seasonings and sauces to them to add flavor. They can also go with a variety of side dishes, including potatoes, vegetables, salads, and more. 

This parmesan-crusted pork chop recipe is flavorful and delicious. Bread crumbs seasoned with our southwest ranch flavored dip and dressing mix, and parmesan cheese create a perfect pairing of flavors to add a fun, zesty flavor to the pork chops. This recipe can be baked or fried and is great for lunch or dinner, or even meal prep. 

Preparing the Seasoned Breading 

In a small bowl, beat together 1 large egg with ½ cup milk. Set aside. 

On a plate, mix together 1 cup panko bread crumbs, ½ cup grated or shredded parmesan cheese, and 2 tablespoons Chugwater Chili Dip & Dressing Mix.  

Breading the Pork Chops 

Take a boneless pork chop and coat it in the egg mixture, then coat each side with the seasoned bread crumbs. Repeat until you have used all the pork chops. Should be about 4-6 pork chops, depending on their size. Before breading to add extra flavor, season the pork chops with more Chugwater Chili Dip & Dressing Mix

Cooking the Parmesan-Crusted Pork Chops 

Baking Option 

Place the breaded pork chops on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until the pork chops are cooked through. You can check by slicing into one and seeing if the meat is white and no longer pink. 

Pan Fry Option

In a medium skillet, heat about 4 tablespoons of oil on medium heat. Add the breaded pork chop and cook until one side is browned, then flip and brown the other side. Make sure they cook through and no longer have pink in the middle. 

Air Fryer Option 

Place the breaded pork chops in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 12 minutes. Flip halfway through. Cut into them to make sure they are done before serving. If not, cook for another 5 minutes. 

How to Serve Parmesan-Crusted Pork Chops 

Once you have your parmesan-crusted pork chops cooked, it is time to serve them. These are great because they go with many different side dishes, from vegetables to salad to rice and even pasta. They are flavorful and delicious and can be turned into other dishes as well. Add them into a sandwich or cover with some tomato pasta sauce and parmesan over rice or pasta. The possibilities are endless with this fun new pork recipe.
