Seasoning the Broccoli
Toss 4 cups of broccoli (Fresh and frozen both work. You might just have to cook the frozen for a shorter time frame.) with 2 tablespoons of Chugwater Chili Dip & Dressing Mix and 4 tablespoons of olive oil. You can use avocado oil too. (If you want a more even coating mix the oil and seasoning together before adding it to the broccoli.
Make sure that the broccoli gets coated in the seasoning and oil.
How to Cook the Parmesan Broccoli
Roasting in the Oven
Place the seasoned broccoli in a baking dish. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes or until the broccoli turns golden.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle about 2 cups of parmesan cheese on top in an even layer.
Put back in the oven and bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
Roasting in the Air Fryer
Place the seasoned broccoli in the air fryer. I use air fryer liners to make cleaning up easier.
Air fry at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until the broccoli turns golden brown.
Sprinkle about 2 cups of parmesan cheese on top in an even layer and air fry for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
