Take your snacking, partying, and entertaining to a whole new level with this tasty beefy queso recipe.

How to Make Skillet Queso

In a medium skillet brown 1 pound of ground beef until no pink is showing. Then drain off any excess grease.

Once the ground beef is browned season with 2 and ½ tablespoons of Chugwater Chili Seasoning (if you want more heat and spice you can always add more seasoning to the recipe). Stir the chili seasoning into the meat.

Now add in a ½ of a 15 ounce can of diced tomatoes and green chilies, ½ cup of milk, and 16 ounces of Velveeta cheese that has been diced. If you dice the cheese it melts into your queso faster. If you are not a fan of Velveeta, you can always substitute for 6 cups of shredded cheddar cheese.

Let the queso simmer until the cheese has melted while stirring occasionally. You will want to use a low to medium heat as to not burn the queso on the bottom.
