Makes 12 8-inch round tortillas Ingredients 2 3/4 cups (13.7 ounces) all-purpose flour1 1/2 teaspoons salt6 tablespoons of vegetable shortening, cut into 6 pieces3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons warm water1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil1.
